True Lite is a wonderful bulb for S.A.D sufferers. It a full spectrum bulb but not quite as far to the blue side of the spectrum as the Full Spectrum. It makes the wood in furniture displays look rich and appealing. Great for all kinds of retail displays and often used for task lighting where eye-strain is a problem. Reduces computer glare. 92 CRI and 5720 Kelvin temperature.
